Universal Health and Safety Precautions: All staff will wash their hands for at least 20 seconds before and after each session. Services will not be provided if any clients or staff are not feeling well, or have a temperature of 99.0 or above. All surfaces and equipment are disinfected after each use.
Acupressure

Once pressure is applied, it helps to unblock and release energy throughout the body to help restore balance, relaxation, and health. Acupressure is a hands on, drug free therapy and is used to complement modern medicine.
